return and Refund Policy
- No refunds permitted for tickets (venders too) purchased through Eventbrite or website after 48 hours of purchase. Before 48 hours full refund is permitted. Tickets are always transferable.
- Cash or Cashapp ticket (vendors too) purchases can be refunded in full 6 months before the event, half refund 3 months before the event and no refund after 3 month mark but tickets are always transferable
- Donations are only refundable within the first 24 hours
- Merchandise purchases can be refunded in full once returned within 3 days of receiving product, can be half refunded once returned within 7 days of receiving product, can]NOT refunded or returned after 7 days of receiving product.
